I apologize if I'm posting this in the wrong place but I'm wondering how folks set up the Vacation/PTO process for Canadian employees where the time off pay is paid on each Pay Run and not tied to the pay period in which the time was actually taken. The calculation is "gross" * a set % that's designated by the province that the employee works.
As part of what I need to know is how to define the "gross" accumulator that is used in the calculation.
