Ongoing Support for ePerformance

The City of Kansas City, Missouri would like to implement PeopleSoft ePerformance 9.2. We have about 4500 employees and three labor unions. Before we make a final decision to move forward, our functional team would like to understand the resources required to perform ongoing support. We will not receive additional resources to support this module so we would like to know if you implemented ePerformance 9.2 could answer a few questions.

• What are some of the challenges you currently have with post-implementation support?

• How many people currently support ePerformance and what are their roles and responsibilities?
