Looking for insight into Shift Scheduling of employees in JD Edwards Enterprise One 9.2

Does the HR module have shift scheduling? Shift trading amoungst employees? My understanding is that it does not. Can anyone confirm and if does not, are there any 3rd party solutions which integrate/interface really well the JD Edwards?
