PEOPLESOFT FINANCIALS PUG Question on Prepaid Vouchers

Does anyone use prepaid vouchers? If so when the next invoice comes in, how do you know that a prepaid voucher was already processed for a partial amount and keep from paying the vendor twice? Is there configuration in PeopleSoft that can address this issue?
