I am attempting to pitch to my organization the importance of keeping current on images and Tools versions. What would help me in the effort would be to know how often others are conducting theirs. Please respond with any detail at all.
Our team has pitched to management that we should be "getting current" at least once per year. At this point however, we are still at image 12 after going live with that on 9.2/8.54.07. Tools upgrades are still in discussion and the current stance is to just upgrade them when required to do so by either a patch release that we are required to use or for a future tax update.
We are currently looking at upgrading Tools to minor release 8.54.28 in order to take some ePeformance patches that have come out since our current release.
