Acknowledgement Framework

We are building our OnBoarding forms using the Acknowledgement Framework in the Activity Guide. I have a long document that when I open the page in the Activity Guide that is defaulting to the middle of the page. Is there a way to configure either the Text in the acknowledgement or the step on the activity guide to default at the top... or put an anchor there? Thanks!
