What Tool(s) do you use for Collections Tracking?

Hi Group - what tool(s) do you use to track collections? For instance, do you use a 3rd-party tool? By collections, I mean accounts receivable or collecting payments overdue, for example premium overdue. Thanks!

@Sue Lhymn We don't use a third party tool, we just use what's in PS collections. May I ask why you're looking to use a third party tool? I'm curious what additional features you're looking for that PS doesn't offer (so I know if I should be looking for something, too! :) ).
