I hope you're all having a great InFocus, sorry I couldn't attend this year.
Is anyone using non-discretionary bonuses in JDE? Our HR would like to start correctly applying these for employees with language skills. We currently use Kronos for our timekeeping and import hours into JDE. From there, we would need JDE to calculate whether or not an employee is eligible for non-discretionary bonuses and calculate the correct rate of pay when they work more than 40 hours in a week.
non-discretionary bonus is $100/week
Employee makes $20/hour and works 45 hours in one week
$1000/45=$22.22 new rate of pay and $33.33 is new OT rate of pay
Total Pay=$888.80 + $166.65 + $100=$1155.45
(Currently how we would pay this was $20x40=$800 $30x5=$150 $800+150+100=$1050)
The rate changes depending on how many hours over 40 the employee works.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
