Non-European Company with European Operations
We are a US based company and we manage our financials on a single instance of JDE. We have acquired a European company.
When we have US acquisitions, we migrate the acquired company's financial management functions to our single JDE instance. Knowing the European Union has stricter data protection regulations than in the US through the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), how are other non-European based companies managing the financials of their European subsidiaries? Have you migrated them to a centralized financials instance or do you leave them separate? If you have migrated them to a single instance, how have you met the requirements of GDPR?
