Who is Using Variable Compensation?
I am interested in know who is using Variable Compensation in HCM.
1 - How long have you been using it?
2 - How difficult was it to set up?
3 - How many groups have you created to for various payouts?
4 - What are the major components of your calculation?
Our schema is fairly simple;
12 groups - most employee fall into a group by position/pay grade; some groups are by individual or groups of departments
There can be individual, financial, or operational targets that factor into the calculation
All start with Base Pay and apply the final target factors.
