Chartfield Request - Action "Needs Attention"
Hello All,
Anybody using Chartfield Request? We are on 9.2 PI 30 w/PT 8.55.26. Under Chartfield Request, Request Action, there are three values - Cancel, Mark 'Needs Attention' and Submit for Approval. How does your organization define "Needs Attention"? Who uses this action -- Requestor or Approver? Can you please provide some scenarios? I will be asked during the internal demo and not sure how to answer. PeopleBooks wasn't every helpful. I reviewed online presentations and did not find this action mentioned.
