Senior Business Analyst - Human Capital Management (HCM)
This vacancy is in the Human Resources Department and will primarily support the PeopleSoft Time & Labor and Payroll modules, in addition to project work. Knowledge of Kronos administration is a plus.
This position has a high degree of independence and complex work which involves both project-specific objectives as well as long term, broad strategic level planning within Ramsey County including Information Technology, Critical County Systems (CCS) Applications. Projects may involve working with stakeholders, outside consultants, department senior managers, and multiple departments, and in the case of CCS-related applications, may involve work that integrates multiple components of the software to satisfy business process requirements.
