AUC_PDF performance when inviting over 20 bidders/suppliers

has anyone else had performance problems for PS-Job AUC_PDF when Event has lots of invited bidders/suppliers [like 20+] ?
We are on FSCM Image 27, Tools 8.56, Oracle DB.
When Event has many invited bidders, process takes more than 1 hour to run.
What was done to improve performance?

FYI... we resolved this by adding a second process-scheduler,
and setting this [and the AUC_BID] jobs to run on that process-scheduler.
these now run in minutes!
