Journal upload w/ Integration Broker

Since 9.2.020 (PUM 20), PeopleSoft introduced a new upload process for journals that involves Integration Broker. We are in the middle of upgrading from PUM 17 to 30 and I am unable to find useful information on journal uploads. We have used IB for punchout vendors, but I would imagine internal journal uploads involves different configuration.

Is anyone willing to share setup documentation or suggestions on how/where to proceed?
