Global Payroll Singapore IRAS Electronic File

Hi All,

I would like to know if you are using PeopleSoft Global Payroll Singapore module.
I found the SQR reports to generate the Electronic File for IRAS were outdated.
I asked Oracle support through support.oracle.com
The response was that since no customers complained before, therefore it must be correct.
I am surprised with the response.

I analyzed the SQR codes and found the reports not only outdated but also incomplete.
Not mention other fields, employee addresses were blanked.
Finally, I had to rewrite the SQRs to generate XML files.

Do you have experience on this ?
