All of our salaried EE's are on a bi-weekly payroll cycle with auto pay of 80 hours. We are looking at changing our car allowance and domestic partner health care to be a bi-weekly amount that needs added to the EE. Is there a way to set up a template that we can have the pay type, EE and dollar amount rather than Payroll having to manually enter them each pay?
@Debra Barrall Any reocurring benefits or deductions can be placed on the Employee DBA Instructions. It can be calculated each pay cycle without any manual entry from payroll each cycle. The car allowance and health care should be setup as a cash benefit or deduction code instead of a pay type.
