In the Supplier Change Request template we turned on the Government Classification to collect start and expiry dates for certificates of insurance. The questions are presented to the Supplier during the change request wizard, are saved in the Supplier's preview, but when our internal staff approver reviews the changes, the classification fields and answers are missing.

We also want to allow the Supplier to upload documents during this change request wizard (e.g. a new W9, or a Certification of Insurance), but the attribute to allow attachments is not available in the Supplier change request wizard template setup, like it was for the register new Supplier wizard template.

Supplier Portal Setup - a few questions about Supplier change requests (collecting attachments, and using govn classification fields)
We're setting up our Supplier Portal (eSupplier Connection module FSCM 9.2 Image 24, tools 8.54) and have hit a few roadblocks with the Supplier Change Order request.
Any pointers much appreciated. Thanks.
@Tim Hughes We're checking the staff setup regarding govn classification field flowing from the supplier change request into the supplier record.
Yes, we did check PeopleSoft document regarding allowing Supplier to upload documents during the supplier change request wizard, and nothing is mentioned.
@Leonie Fedel Hi Leonie.
Did anyone get back to you on your question?
I was a developer at PSft and worked on the Supplier Comprehensive Portal etc. but I don't currently have access to a PeopleSoft system with Supplier Change Requests, so I'm working from memory and it's been a few years.
Is it possible the issue for internal staff not seeing Government Classification fields is related to Security setup?
For your 2nd question about allowing Supplier to upload documents during the change request wizard - have you checked PSoft documentation to see whether this is allowed or not?
Tim.
