E1 Label Printing

HI there,

We are trying to print shipping labels from E1 ,However the challenge with J d Edwards..Its not supporting most of the printers for example zebra.
I am wondering other organiztaions has faced this techinical challenge and if you have adopted a work around could you please share the same ?
Please note shipping label has barcode/data matrix on it
we designed a E1 program using Bi Publisher ..
Point to note is when we open PDF and then print it quality and label is perfect but issue comes with Print immediate
Hope i was able to summarize the issue overrall
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

@Bharath Bellamkonda You should look at using Zebra barcode printers with the Zebra PDF Virtual Device software loaded. This will allow you to send your pdf output from BIP directly to the label printer.
