Oracle Maintenance Cloud

Hi All, We are currently in the process of implementing Cloud ERP, SCM and HCM.
As an asset intensive company, we need to capture running and maintenance costs for our equipment. As this project started very early 2018, there was no real interest in implementing Maintenance Cloud. The alternative proposal is to use the Financial Projects module to initially capture this data.

However, there is now a push to look more closely at Maintenance to provide a more detailed and rich source of data.

Before leaping into the unknown, I want to find out if ANYONE else has actually implemented MC, and if so are they live, and if so, which components are live? Oracle is bullish about the capability and readiness for GA, but haven't provided any reference sites yet.
