@Frank Volpe From Oracle support, There is no current method of excluding specific line types from margin checking. If a non-stock line is entered, such as freight, with no associated cost, the line could cause the line/order to go on Margin Hold. One workaround would be to enter the line with both a price and cost within the allowed margin
