@Charity Liu we use PS attachments for invoices and all supporting documentation for journal entries in PS. We have not had the need to archive the attachments yet, as we went live with PS 18 months ago. We are looking into ways that we need to meet regulatory requirements for WORM storage, so hopefully we can share more info later.

Yes, we did check PeopleSoft document regarding allowing Supplier to upload documents during the supplier change request wizard, and nothing is mentioned.
